About Dustin
With over 11 years of ESL teaching experience, I specialize in helping college students build strong English communication skills. I support learners in improving their academic English, daily communication, and professional language skills through simple and effective lessons. My teaching approach is interactive, creative, and learner-centered. I understand that every student has different learning needs, so I adapt my lessons accordingly.
I use real-life topics, group discussions, role plays, and practical exercises to make learning meaningful and enjoyable. I apply innovative techniques such as communicative learning, task-based activities, and guided writing practice. For college students, I focus on essay writing, grammar accuracy, vocabulary development, presentation skills, and listening comprehension.
I also help students improve pronunciation and fluency through regular speaking practice. I believe accountability helps students grow. I help learners set realistic goals and maintain consistent practice. I provide clear feedback, progress reviews, and improvement strategies.
As a mentor, I motivate students to think critically and communicate confidently in English. Apart from ESL, I can support students with interview English, email writing, and basic professional communication. My aim is to create a comfortable learning space where students feel confident, motivated, and ready to use English in real-life situations.

My teaching methodology for ESL is based on creativity, guidance, and responsibility. I create lessons that are interactive and easy to follow. Students learn English through conversations, real-life examples, and practical exercises. This helps them use the language naturally and confidently.
