About William
I'm a Pastry chef who has trained and worked in Rosette awarded kitchens in the North East of Scotland. Culinary college trained in all aspects of the kitchen but I specialise in desserts. Food is my passion and I want to share that with others and hopefully ignite the fire in my students that guided me into the hospitality industry and my love for cooking. I believe anyone can cook.

I can tailor lessons to people of any age who are looking to learn from scratch or have some experience in the kitchen and looking to improve.
1 on 1 lessons typically 1-2 hours depending on what you'd like to learn for example if there is a particular dish or recipe you'd like to make I will accommodate that.
Demonstration- Assistance- Repetition is the way I like to teach. everything will be tailored to your needs and progress.
