Perfect! Suhani is an amazing trainer! She is really good at creating goals that suit you and then being strict at sticking to the plan. Her knowledge is very extensive and she is expert in health, dieting and exercise and yoga. She is also very supportive and super positive and always there to help. I trained with her for 2 years and learned so much and she was excellent in helping my physical and mental well being improve. Highly recommend.
