About Pammy
Graduated with a certificate of Fitness and Sport obtained in Australia and recognized on the International, I am often on the move and teach mainly via private videos for the clients (with specific goals such as weight loss, muscle building, rehabilitation etc .. ) or skype. I have taught in Australia and Indonesia with 3 years of experience.
