About Jacky
Former physical trainer for the Army I am now a sports coach in Lyon. My greatest strength and pedagogy, I myself had too much bad memories of the college sports teacher who could disgust us with the sport. Physical activity is essential in our life and it is and must be a source of pleasure.

Après avoir fait 3 ans à l'étranger je suis rentré en France et j'ai voulu me remettre au sport. Je n'ai jamais été un grand fan de sport mais je savais que c'était primordial pour ma santé. Jacky est un coach sportif qui est très à l'écoute. Il m'a permis de changer physiquement mais aussi de changer ma vision de l'activité physique.
