I have worked professionally as a subtitler for years, a career built entirely around precision, nuance, and capturing exact meaning under real constraints most people never think about. I've spent years subtitling films and shows professionally, a job that demands absolute precision, so my teaching carries that same exacting attention to detail into every single lesson. We work closely on nuance, the subtle difference between two similar words, the exact tone a sentence carries, details many teachers gloss over but that genuinely matter. Grammar is taught with real precision, since subtitling taught me exactly how small structural choices change meaning entirely within a tightly constrained space.
