About Kalesh
I pride myself on my ability to create an engaging classroom environment that stimulates curiosity while promoting learning. I believe that every student has the potential to excel, and my aim is always to support their individual growth and development. My passion for maths and finance means that I am constantly seeking new ways to make complex concepts accessible and understandable, making learning enjoyable for all my students. I provide one-on-one tutoring for Engineering and High school students in mathematics. Successfully improved the average grade of students from a 'C-' to a 'A+' over a semester. Developed and implemented individualized learning plans for each student to address their specific needs. Scheduled and organized 25+weekly sessions with students, resulting in improved time-management skills. Increased the average student's comprehension of course material by 35% through tailored lesson plans. Effectively communicate complex concepts to 50+ students using simple explanations. Continuously evaluated and adjusted tutoring techniques based on student feedback and learning progress
