About Eve
I am a Glaswegian theatre director who works predominantly in Scotland. I’m an active member of the theatre making community and have gained a huge amount of insight through working in a variety of roles in theatres over the past ten years. I am regularly auditioning and casting for projects with theatres such as the National Theatre of Scotland, Traverse, Lyceum and Tron.
In addition to my work as a director, I am a produced and published playwright. I hold a Masters degree in Playwriting & Dramaturgy and have had my work staged across the UK.
Theatre is my passion as I want to support you in making the most of yours.

I draw upon a decade of real world experience as a theatre director to help you develop your own skills as an artist.
I don’t prescribe to any set methodology of acting. My approach is to pick and mix from the wide breath of Western (and international) theatre making practices to learn what best works for you as an individual. My approach to theatre making is good humoured, open hearted and a bit nerdy.
Alongside my work as a director for productions, I deliver workshops for Tron Theatre, Traverse, National Theatre of Scotland and Lyceum Theatre.
In our sessions you can expect detailed textual analysis, fun explorative exercises and supportive but challenging feedback to push your performance to the next level. I aim to provide a taste of what your might expect from a professional rehearsal room.
In our first session we will uncover areas to focus on that will be of best use to you to help you achieve your immediate and long term goals. Sessions last between 1 - 2hrs.
