About Kolam

I am an enthusiastic singing tutor with 8 years of experience, having worked with approximately 150 to 200 students across different levels. My goal is to help students improve their vocal skills while enjoying the learning process. I follow a personalised teaching approach, creating lessons that are tailored to each student’s needs and pace.

I focus on key techniques such as breath control, pitch accuracy, tone quality, and voice modulation. I also incorporate song-based learning and creative exercises to keep sessions engaging. I support students in building confidence, improving stage presence, and expressing themselves through music. My teaching environment is friendly and motivating.

About the lesson

My teaching methodology for Singing is based on flexibility, creativity, understanding, and proper time management. I create lessons that match each student’s needs. I use creative teaching methods such as vocal exercises, breathing techniques, and song practice. I also encourage students to explore different styles.

Understanding students helps me guide them better. I provide simple explanations and positive feedback to support their progress. I manage time well in each class by dividing it into warm-ups, practice, and performance. I also guide students on how to practise daily. Apart from Singing, I also teach basic music concepts and rhythm training.
