About Paulo
I have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from UNICAMP, with almost 30 years of experience in the IT market, having worked in large multinational companies of North American origin, such as Computer Associates, Sun Microsystems, Oracle and Dell. English is, therefore, part of my professional routine and object of my personal interest. For 15 years I have been working with training, as an instructor, an instructor manager and a technical training coordinator.

The ultimate goal of a training in a language should be to enable students, as individuals and as professionals, to fully interact with the unbounded world of the twenty-first century in a structured, clear and fluent way.
Each course is structured on the basis of a personal interview, in which the general level of proficiency in the language is checked by the learner and is used to better understand the type of pre-existing contact with the language as well as its specific needs.
Based on the information gathered in the interview, the course is customized, that is, the best way to meet the student's goals and needs based on his / her area of activity, learning style, availability of time and personal interests is determined. The pedagogical treatment to be used will be based on this customization and will seek to contemplate the whole individuality of the student, including interests and skills already developed by the person, innate facilities and eventual traumas in the learning process.
