My name is Jaspreet Mahal, and I am a dedicated and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in IT support, data analysis, and operations management. I hold a Post Baccalaureate Diploma in Business Analytics from Douglas College and have earned certifications from IBM, Microsoft, and NPower Canada, equipping me with modern skills in data, mathematics, science, physical education, arts, and know languages like Punjabi, Hindi, and English. By nature, I am a curious, patient, and solutions-driven individual. I enjoy learning new technologies and sharing that knowledge in a way that is practical and easy to understand. My experience in training staff and supporting clients has strengthened my communication skills, and I’m passionate about helping others grow—whether it’s through teaching, mentoring, or solving technical challenges.
