In my yoga classes, I focus on creating a balanced practice that nurtures both body and mind. I guide students through warm-ups, asanas, pranayama, meditation, and relaxation techniques. My teaching style emphasizes correct alignment, mindful breathing, flexibility, strength, and inner calm, ensuring every student feels supported, energized, and deeply connected.
