Math and computer basics are two areas in which I have experience teaching online. Furthermore, I am responsible for leading a small team at work. Unlike most explanations, mine is a bit different. My approach is to explain a concept from scratch to ensure the learner understands it. It's easier to understand the method if I start from the root so the concept is very clear. I also like to use more interesting examples to make the concept more understandable.
After demonstrating the topic theoretically, I ask questions to determine whether the learner fully understands it or not. In the next step, I practice some examples of various types with the learner. For more practice, I give some practice as a learning activity and evaluate in the next session and discuss if they face any queries. The best practice is how many times you practice the things repeatedly makes you better and sharper.
