About Justine
I am a financial and accounting consultant in a large audit firm. I graduated from a Master II specializing in Corporate Finance and Audit. At the same time, I took my DSCG (Higher Diploma in Management Accounting) in order to deepen my financial, accounting and legal notions. In finance I can teach financial mathematics (loans, discounting, equivalent and proportional rate), financial management (investment decision, choice of reimbursement ..), business valuation and financial engineering. In accounting I can teach the basics of accounting (balance sheet, income statement and journal), auditing, consolidation and restructuring operations (mergers and acquisitions, partial asset contribution and split).

I adapt the teaching according to the needs of the students and their way of learning. I will be more in the practice than the theoretical because I consider that the theoretical can be read beforehand. We will of course be able to review the theoretical notions not understood in reading but it will be much more important to train on exercises in order to understand how to apply the methods and to see the different cases that can be encountered.
