About Subathra

My teaching methodology for Physics is designed to make complex concepts approachable, engaging, and relevant to everyday life. With a focus on student-centered learning, I tailor my approach to each student’s unique learning style, ensuring that lessons are both effective and enjoyable. I start by building a strong foundation in the fundamental principles of Physics, such as mechanics, energy, waves, and electromagnetism. This allows students to grasp essential concepts before diving into more complex topics. I break down each topic into smaller, digestible parts, using clear explanations and visual aids to make abstract ideas easier to understand. I incorporate real-world examples into each lesson to show students how Physics applies to their daily lives. Whether it's explaining the physics of motion in sports or exploring energy transfer in household appliances, I aim to make the subject more relatable and engaging. By connecting theory to practice, I help students see the value of Physics beyond the classroom. Problem-solving is a critical component of my methodology. I encourage students to develop critical thinking skills and approach problems step-by-step. I provide practice problems that progressively increase in difficulty, allowing students to build their confidence and problem-solving abilities. I guide them through each problem, showing them how to break it down, analyze the information, and apply the right formulas to arrive at the correct solution. With a Master’s degree in Physics and over 6 years of tutoring experience, I believe that understanding the fundamental principles of physics requires both theoretical knowledge and practical application. I aim to bridge this gap by explaining core concepts in a way that’s both clear and relatable.

I structure my lessons to begin with foundational topics such as mechanics, thermodynamics, and electromagnetism before progressing to more advanced subjects. I break down complex topics into manageable steps, providing a solid understanding of key principles before moving forward. This ensures that students not only understand the material but are also able to apply it effectively in problem-solving scenarios.

Real-world examples and practical applications are an integral part of my lessons. I encourage students to see how Physics influences everyday life, making the subject more tangible and relevant.
