About Tova
I hold a PhD in Computer Science and have spent 10 years teaching programming to students with different levels of experience. My interest in technology began through curiosity about how software shapes modern life and solves real-world problems. Over the years, I have enjoyed helping learners transform that same curiosity into practical coding skills and confidence.
My teaching style combines structure with flexibility. I focus on helping students understand the reasoning behind their code rather than relying on memorization. Lessons are adapted to each learner’s pace, ensuring that concepts are fully understood before moving forward. I encourage questions, exploration, and independent thinking throughout the learning process.
Outside teaching, I enjoy working on software projects, exploring emerging technologies, and studying developments in artificial intelligence. These interests help me keep my lessons current and engaging. Watching students create programs they once thought were beyond their ability is incredibly rewarding. Helping learners grow into confident programmers continues to inspire my work every day.

My programming lessons focus on helping students understand coding logic in a clear and practical way. Rather than memorizing syntax, learners build strong foundations in problem solving, algorithmic thinking, and software development principles. Topics may include Python, Java, object-oriented programming, data structures, and debugging techniques. Lessons are designed to make coding approachable while encouraging curiosity and creativity.
Students receive personalized guidance based on their experience and goals. Beginners learn variables, loops, functions, and logical thinking through simple projects and exercises. Intermediate learners develop stronger coding habits, debugging skills, and project organization techniques. Advanced students explore optimization, application development, and more complex programming concepts. Every lesson combines explanation, practice, and constructive feedback.
Programming is a skill that grows through understanding and consistent application. I create a supportive environment where learners feel comfortable experimenting and learning from mistakes. Students gradually develop confidence in their ability to build solutions independently. My goal is to help them become capable, adaptable, and enthusiastic programmers.
