About Hailey
I hold a B.Sc in Computer Science and an M.Sc in Software Engineering, with 9 years of teaching experience guiding learners from novice programmers to advanced students. My teaching integrates conceptual explanations, practical projects, and step-by-step problem-solving to ensure a deep understanding of programming principles. I emphasise patience, clarity, and adaptability, creating a supportive learning environment where students feel encouraged to experiment, make mistakes, and learn from them. In lessons, I employ real-world examples, interactive coding exercises, and collaborative projects to enhance engagement and practical understanding. My approach develops critical thinking, algorithmic reasoning, and software design skills, enabling students to build confidence in their programming abilities.
