About Faye
My fascination with programming began with the curiosity of creating meaningful solutions from logical sequences. I earned a B.Sc in Computer Science, studying software design, algorithms, and system development. Over the past 9 years, I have taught learners of all levels, emphasizing hands-on practice, conceptual understanding, and independent problem-solving. I teach with patience, clarity, and adaptability. Lessons include step-by-step instruction, real-world examples, and practical exercises to ensure learners internalize concepts and gain confidence. I encourage experimentation, independent thinking, and creative problem-solving. Outside teaching, I engage with emerging technologies, personal coding projects, and contemporary programming methodologies. Witnessing students grow from hesitant beginners to confident programmers capable of independently solving complex problems is deeply rewarding. My mission is to cultivate technical expertise, analytical thinking, and creativity, empowering learners to excel academically and professionally in modern technology-driven fields.

Programming becomes approachable when learners understand the principles behind structured code, algorithms, and software design. My lessons cover Python, Java, algorithms, object-oriented programming, data structures, debugging, and project development. I emphasize hands-on exercises, real-world examples, and problem-solving techniques to build competence, confidence, and analytical thinking. Through structured guidance and practical application, learners develop both conceptual understanding and creative problem-solving abilities.
Lesson plans are tailored to each student’s proficiency. Beginners focus on variables, loops, conditions, and basic logic. Intermediate learners study modular programming, functions, debugging, and algorithm design. Advanced students tackle complex projects, optimization, API integration, and portfolio-ready software development. Guided exercises, reasoning prompts, and constructive feedback ensure learners steadily develop mastery and independence.
Programming strengthens analytical reasoning, logical thinking, and practical problem-solving beyond coding. Students gain confidence as they design, implement, and troubleshoot solutions independently. These skills foster creativity, critical thinking, and resilience applicable in academic, professional, and real-world contexts. My goal is to provide a supportive and engaging environment where learners achieve technical mastery, develop independent problem-solving skills, and cultivate curiosity and confidence to thrive in technology-driven environments.
