About Manasi's
“Hello everyone, my name is Manasi Panda. I conduct yoga classes to help people stay physically fit, mentally calm, and stress-free. I believe yoga is not just an exercise, but a healthy lifestyle that improves both body and mind. In my classes, I focus on simple and effective yoga practices suitable for all age groups. My goal is to help people feel more confident, energetic, and peaceful in their daily lives.”
