About Kirsty

I’m a psychology graduate with a strong background in learning, motivation, behavior, and academic performance. I work especially well with students who feel overwhelmed, anxious about schoolwork, or unsure where to start. My approach is calm, practical, and encouraging, helping students build skills and confidence rather than just “getting through” tasks. I offer online sessions only and adapt my teaching style to suit each student’s learning needs.

About the lesson

These lessons are designed for students who need clear, calm, structured support with homework, assignments, essays, and exam preparation. As a psychology graduate, I help students break tasks down, understand assessment requirements, improve written responses, and prepare effectively for tests and exams.
Support includes:
• Homework guidance and clarification
• Assignment planning and structure
• Essay writing support (planning, clarity, editing guidance – not writing for you)
• Exam and test preparation strategies
• Study confidence and organisation

Sessions are supportive, judgement-free, and tailored to each student’s needs and level.
