About Manaswini
A little about me, I’m currently pursuing my MSc in Human Resource Development Psychology, after completing my BA with Triple Majors, where Psychology was my core focus. I’m deeply interested in Organizational & Behavioral Psychology, especially understanding how people think, grow, and perform. Outside academics, I’m a national-level archer, a lover of music, Mughal architecture, and someone who is absolutely fascinated by flights and aviation. One thing I truly enjoy is simplifying complex ideas so that learning becomes easy and enjoyable. Teaching is something I’m genuinely passionate about not just as a one-way process, but as a two-way exchange where both the student and I grow together. These classes aren’t just about helping you score well; they also help me understand myself better as I guide you forward. My goal is to create a comforting, interactive space where you learn with clarity, confidence, and curiosity and where we both evolve through the process.

I will conduct weekly assessments through Google Forms to help you track your progress and strengthen what you’ve learned. Each class will be interactive, encouraging open discussions and real understanding rather than memorization. You will also receive weekly PPTs, notes, and study materials that make revision simple and effective. Most importantly, my sessions offer a safe and comfortable space where you can ask doubts freely, share your thoughts, and learn without hesitation. My goal is to make psychology easy, engaging, and confidence-building for every student.
