About Nikki
I spent twenty years working as a trainer of adult volunteers, covering subjects including listening skills, project development, setting boundaries and working in diverse communities. I love seeing people grow and develop as they learn new things. I am friendly, professional, and enthusiastic about enabling people to learn. I take a non-judgemental approach to people and regard myself as an LGBTQ+ ally as well as an inclusive feminist. I am also living with Autism and OCD and believe that anyone can achieve their aims if they are given the right opportunities. My MSc dissertation was about the impact of stigma on women, and I am looking to further this research to Doctoral level. I'm married and have an assistance dog named Rosy.

I work one to one with students and use a range of different approaches according to their needs. Lessons can last up to an hour and often include the use of slides and visuals as well as video and written or verbal information. I work at the student's pace to get the best possible results. I hold an MSc in Psychology and a BA(Hons) in Theology as well as a variety of short course qualifications. I have been teaching and training groups and individuals for more than 20 years. I prefer to tutor adults those and over sixteen and can offer provision including GCSE, A level and Undergraduate levels.
