About Susmita
I am a Counselling Psychologist and I am also passionate about teaching. Psychology has always fascinated me, and it always gives me a great pleasure to interact and share my knowledge with students.
My forte is Child and Adolescent Counselling. I don't think that one teaching technique can be applied to all. I personalise my approach and instructional techniques based on their learning ability.

I don't think that one teaching technique can be applied to all. I personalise my approach and instructional techniques based on a student's learning ability. My goal is to create a learning environment where students can actively participate, feel valued & appreciated. I try to help them find relevance and practical application of the subject, enhance their learning by making the sessions interactive, giving relevant examples and providing frequent and immediate feedback on their performance.
