About Simran

Hi! I’m a BA Psychology Honors student with a strong academic background and a genuine passion for Psychology and Social Sciences.

Having studied these subjects extensively in school and now pursuing Psychology at university, I have a strong understanding of both academic concepts and exam requirements. I’m also actively building my experience in the field through psychology-related internships and practical learning, which allows me to bring real-world examples, case studies and experiences into my classes.

I believe that subjects like Psychology and Social Science shouldn’t be about simply memorizing paragraphs from a textbook. My teaching style is concept-based, interactive and story-driven, where I break down difficult topics into simple explanations and connect them to real-life situations. This helps students understand concepts properly and remember them naturally.

I also focus on the skills that matter in school examinations — answer writing, structuring responses, revision, and understanding what an examiner is looking for. I provide personalized notes, exam-ready answers, practice support and additional help during examination periods.

My aim is to create a comfortable space where students can ask questions without hesitation, understand the why behind what they’re learning, and become more confident in their subjects.

About the lesson

Make Psychology & Social Science easier to understand — and actually interesting!

I offer personalised classes primarily for Class 11 and 12 students, especially students studying Psychology and other Social Science subjects. As a BA Psychology Honours student, I have continued studying Psychology at an advanced level and am pursuing it seriously as my future field.

My classes are focused on understanding rather than rote learning. I use real-life examples, interesting case studies, stories, discussions, and experiences from my own academic journey and psychology-related internships to connect textbook concepts with situations we see in everyday life.

Along with teaching the concepts, I can help you with:

- Well-structured notes for each topic
- Exam-ready answers and guidance on how to frame answers effectively
- Breaking down difficult theories and concepts into simple, understandable explanations
- Case studies and real-life examples to make concepts easier to remember
- Exam preparation, revision and practice
- Extra support around exams whenever you need help clearing doubts or revising
- Guidance on how to approach Psychology and Social Science papers strategically

Having recently gone through the Class 11–12 curriculum myself and now studying Psychology at university, I understand both sides — what students are expected to learn and what actually helps them understand and score well.

My goal is to make classes feel less like memorising pages from a textbook and more like understanding the stories, ideas and real-world situations behind them — so that you can remember concepts naturally and write better answers in your exams.
