personally i've known shruthi for over 4 years, to be a kind and compassionate person, and her being in the field of psychology really suits what she brings to the table as such. as a teacher, i would say she knows where to identify areas where assistance may be needed, and is able to promptly aid and correct what is required, while also maintaining integrity and allowing a student to learn at their own pace, and facilitating self-correction rather than coerced alterations in learning patterns and studies in general.
