About Prerna
I am a psychology postgraduate student interested in understanding the mind through both modern psychology and traditional knowledge systems like Indian and Buddhist thought. I try to look at human experiences with depth rather than reducing them to labels or quick solutions.
I am particularly drawn to working with students and young adults who feel lost, overwhelmed, or unsure about themselves. My aim is to help you slow down, understand your inner patterns, and find clarity in a way that feels honest and meaningful.

I offer psychology classes that focus on clear understanding rather than rote learning.
