I am a psychology Honours student and have been woring in non profit NGO'S for quite a long time now. I always look for ways by which I can add value to every person I meet or take values from them. I first try to understand the best way my students learn and then accordingly plan a unique strategy for them.For me marks do not matter as much concepts does and I truly believe if you know the concept you don't have to cram for marks and I make sure my students never face problem with concepts.
