About Deekshitha
Hi. My name is Deekshitha Dinakar. I want to start by allowing you to learn a little about me. I graduated with a batchelor of Engineering degree in Biotechnology specialising in Genetic Engineering. I am currently pursuing my Master's at King's College London on Statistical modelling with health data science. Biology in general has fascinated me from a very young age. Biology is the science behind life and Biotechnology is the technology that mankind builds to exploit the machinery behind life.Biology has fascinated me from a very young age. It has made me very curious and has urged me to dive deeper into the subject. I hope to impart this level of interest and curiosity to learn to my students as well.I start by teaching easier concepts and work my way up to complex theories. I highly value the comfort and ease of students and I repeatedly mould myself to their needs on the subject matter. My teaching is very targeted. I target to the needs of the students and their exam pattern and I convey concepts in an insightful manner.

I help to create a deep understanding and I help build a strong foundation on the subject. Teaching is a two way process. So expect a lot of questions. When stumbling blocks are encountered, I ask a range of questions to get to the bottom of the problem and to also check their understanding on the subject matter. I aim to do much more than just increase grades. I aim to inspire, increase confidence to show that learning is an enjoyable and a curiosity driven journey
