About Isha
I’ve always been passionate about fitness and nutrition, and over the years I’ve seen how much of a difference the right approach to eating can make, not just physically, but mentally too.
That’s why I want to help others cut through all the confusing advice online and build habits that actually work for their own lives.
I offer personalised nutrition plans based on your goals, whether that’s eating in a calorie deficit for fat loss or a calorie surplus to support muscle gain. Before I put anything together, we’ll have a quick chat so I can understand your lifestyle, routine, food preferences, and what you’re trying to achieve.
My goal isn’t to give you a restrictive diet—it’s to create something sustainable that you can enjoy and stick with.
