About Zain
I am a qualified civil engineer who uses mathematics in his daily job and currently I tutor locally but am looking to expand.
I also have a strong background in A Level mathematics and also left secondary school with an A* in GCSE Mathematics and an A in Statistics.
I always use a open and honest approach with my pupils and work at a pace they are comfortable with and ensure we cover topics they are currently struggling with. I am also a big believer in using past exam papers in building a person's confidence and experience with a certain topic.

I have an approach which is suited to each pupils needs and abilities, I typically start by having the pupil sit a test so I am able to assess his/her weaknesses and strengths, this allows us both to make a list of subjects that we will need to cover to ensure they are confident with any type of question they may face in standardised examinations.
I always encourage pupils to bring any homework or classwork which they may be struggling with so we are able to work through it together and build there confidence and knowledge.
I believe all pupils can excel in mathematics but require a teacher which is enthusiastic and willing to work at a pace that they are comfortable with
