About Vie
As a qualified student who's received culinary training within London and Australia, my goal is to help educate students with healthy, sustainable cooking techniques as well as inspire individuals who are new to cooking and want to learn the basics! I have always had a love for food, however my passion for cooking stems from when I would watch my mother cook for me as a child. Helping her prepare vegetables whilst also smelling the aromas escaping the pan over the stovetop inspired me to go down the culinary pathway, and create recipes as good as my mother! My experience as a Pastry Chef in a fast moving, fine dining bakery/restaurant has taught me all the skills any chef would love to learn! Besides creating my own recipes, I specialise in knife skills and beginner friendly cooking basics.

Lessons cover foundational skills, including boiling, braising, roasting, and more, with an emphasis on avoiding food waste and creating nutritious, delicious meals from scratch.
