About Donna
I believe in the transformative power of education. I see teaching as a way to positively impact the lives of students, helping them develop not just academically but also personally and socially.
I am motivated by the desire to inspire and motivate their students. They aim to instil a love for learning, curiosity, and a sense of achievement. This inspiration often goes beyond the classroom, influencing students to pursue their goals and dreams.

I am enthusiastic and constantly updated on the newest educational methods, technologies, and content. This passion for continuous learning helps them adapt to the evolving needs of my students and the educational landscape.
I genuinely care about their students. I form strong, positive academic relationships . This connection allows them to better understand my students' needs, providing personalized support and guidance.
I find joy in the process of discovery. Whether it's witnessing a student grasp a challenging concept for the first time or encouraging creativity and critical thinking, the joy of facilitating learning moments fuels my enthusiasm.
I feel a sense of purpose and fulfilment in shaping the minds of the future generation and contributing to the overall well-being of society.
As a teacher I strongly embrace diversity and see it as an opportunity for enrichment. I value the unique perspectives and experiences each student brings to the classroom, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Each lesson will be catered to your level and needs. I offer both Junior Cycle and Leaving Cert level and everything in between.
Critical Thinking is encouraged throughout all work on the subject. Learners will be able to give their own personal views on topics in a positive learning environment.
Clear and effective communication is always given by me on subject material and exam material. Learners will be completely confident in the course structure, content and exam content.
I adapt your lesson based on your individual needs as a learner and what you want to accomplish.

Learners will be in an effective and supportive learning environment where they feel comfortable to express ideas and their critical thinking on content and answering exam questions.

Exam strategies and the creation of your own sample answers is always part of this learning journey as you focus on being a quick and complex learner with the confidence to pursue an outstanding result in your Junior Cycle or Leaving Cert.
