About Montgomery

For the past 21 years, I have been committed to guiding learners in their journey of mastering Guitar. I work with school students, college youth, and working professionals who want clear and step-by-step training. My teaching philosophy is simple — strong foundation leads to lasting success. I emphasise proper technique, rhythm accuracy, scale knowledge, and musical expression.

I believe learning guitar should be enjoyable but also structured and disciplined. Many of my students have overcome stage fear and confidently performed in public events. Watching their transformation from beginners to confident players is one of my proudest milestones. I provide personal attention to ensure each student progresses at a comfortable pace. My mission is to help learners develop both skill and self-confidence through music.

About the lesson

My teaching method focuses on understanding music, not just memorising songs. I communicate clearly and ensure students understand why and how each technique works.

I adapt lessons based on the student’s learning speed and style. Some prefer detailed explanations, while others prefer more playing practice. I adjust my teaching style to suit their needs.

Along with Guitar playing, I include Music Theory, Rhythm Studies, Chord Progressions, Ear Training, Improvisation Techniques, and Basic Music Production concepts. I use real-life case studies such as live band performances and studio recordings to explain practical application.

Lessons start with building finger strength and timing accuracy. As students improve, we explore creative playing, solo construction, and songwriting basics.

I encourage regular practice and small performance goals. My aim is to develop skilled, confident, and creative guitar players
