About Jade
Hi! My name is Jade and I'm a newly graduated but long time practicing yogi who's recently moved to the ACT from Newcastle, NSW where I trained with Yogic Wisdom to become an instructor in 2025. I am very keen to share yoga with anyone that will listen and believe everyone could benefit from a little bit of yoga.
Outside of teaching and practicing yoga I am a mom, reader, writer, gamer, gardener, hiker, and baker. I also studied Business Management at the University of Newcastle, and absolutely love to travel.

I possess a 350hr Yoga Teacher training certification, specializing in beginner Hatha Yoga with a function-over-form approach to physical movement.
I design and promote sustainable practices to suit any lifestyle, ability, or age, focusing on asana, pranayama, and meditation. Because of the flexibility in my teachings I can plan and/or instruct a personal practice of any length (5 - 75 minutes), for anyone from children and pregnant women, to the elderly.
