About Mel
Kia ora!
I'm Mel, a fully qualified high school mathematics teacher. I obtained my Graduate Diploma in Teaching and Learning (Secondary) in 2015 and have since spent several years teaching in classrooms.
My true educational interests and passions lie in supporting individuals to meet and exceed their goals and I have found I can best do that by providing one on one tutoring.
I currently live in Palmerston North and enjoy getting out and about to take photos, exercise, or have a good coffee!

I am a qualified high school mathematics teacher with five years of in class experience and a further five years tutoring experience.
Lessons are designed for year 10-13 students undertaking NCEA Levels 1-3.
We will work together to identify your learning goals and preferred learning methods and put together a strategy that allows you to best learn and meet your goals.
Lessons are typically one hour, but I am happy to have a conversation to discuss your needs and how I can best help you to meet those needs.
