About Nathalie
I’m French and have been living in London for 17 years, with 3 years in New York City.
I initially started practising yoga to improve my well being when I moved to NYC and I immediately fell in love with it.
A few years later, when I came back to London in 2013, I decided to deepen my yoga knowledge and took a 2 years teacher training course at The Iyengar Yoga Institute of Maida Vale.
Since then, I’ve been dedicated to yoga, having maintained daily practice and attended various workshop and conventions to improve my learning. Yoga has become a central part of my life.
I am eager to share the huge benefits of yoga with others.

The techniques and teaching methodology are based on Iyengar techniques. My classes last for one hour.
I'm passionate about introducing Yoga to beginners and helping them to relax and energizes the body and mind, bringing vitality, flexibility, strength, concentration, self-confidence and mental calm.
Iyengar yoga will also improve your cardio vascular system and your immune system.
I offer private lessons tailored to individuals of all ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners
I teach 1-1 lessons and small group lessons online and in person.
