I am a UK-qualified Maths Teacher with a First-Class BSc in Mathematics, PGCE in Mathematics and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). I achieved A* grades in both Mathematics and Further Mathematics at A-level and have three years of full-time teaching experience in UK secondary schools.
I offer personalised online tuition to students in the UK and internationally, specialising in:
* Edexcel GCSE Mathematics
* AQA Level 2 Further Mathematics
* AQA A-level Mathematics
* Cambridge IGCSE Mathematics
My lessons are structured around developing genuine mathematical understanding, rather than simply memorising methods. I identify gaps in knowledge and address common misconceptions, explain challenging concepts clearly and use targeted practice and exam-style questions to develop problem-solving skills, confidence and accuracy.
I work particularly well with driven students who are committed to making significant progress and achieving ambitious academic goals. Lessons are typically 60 minutes and are tailored to the individual student's needs and current level.
I have a particular interest in supporting students looking to take on the GCSE Further Maths course. I provide full curriculum teaching for the course to support those students whose schools do not offer the qualification.
