About James
Hi, my name is James and I am a Qualified Personal Trainer based in Bournemouth at South Coast Power House. I am a fitness coach who specialises in weight loss, building muscle and improving overall health & fitness. My aim is to always go above and beyond, delivering high-quality services that my clients are going to remember!
Fitness has transformed my life. Growing up I was always a skinny kid and felt insecure about how I looked. This insecurity of mine took over my life and effected me mentally. I knew change was needed. From age 16 I began my fitness journey and that is where it all changed. I found my passion and began working on myself. I realised that change was possible and that was my reason to become a fitness coach, to inspire others that you can change for the better. I love what I do and hope to support as many people as I can to transform their lives.
