About Lawrence
I am a qualified Physics and Science teacher from the UK with five years of teaching experience. I enjoy helping students build confidence in subjects that can initially seem difficult, and I particularly like finding different ways to explain a concept when something isn't clicking. I am friendly, approachable and patient, while maintaining clear expectations and keeping students focused on making progress. I want students to leave each lesson with a better understanding of the subject and greater confidence in their ability.

I am a qualified secondary Science teacher and Physics specialist with five years of classroom teaching experience. I teach GCSE and A Level Physics, with experience across AQA, Edexcel and OCR A. Lessons are typically one hour and are tailored to each student's needs. I focus on clear explanations, identifying gaps in understanding and building confidence through worked examples and exam questions. I am particularly experienced with exam preparation and helping students understand how to apply their knowledge to unfamiliar questions. I also offer KS3 Science support.
