Hi everyone! I'm Jenna, and I'm a qualified primary school teacher with a real passion for helping young minds blossom, especially when it comes to math! For years, I've had the joy of guiding students through the exciting world of numbers in the classroom, and now I'm thrilled to offer that same support through individual tutoring. So, why do I love teaching? Well, for me, it's all about those "aha!" moments. There's nothing quite like seeing a child's eyes light up when a tricky concept suddenly clicks into place. It's incredibly rewarding to witness their confidence grow as they overcome challenges and discover their own abilities. I truly believe that every child has the potential to shine in math. Sometimes, all it takes is a different approach, a bit more individual attention, and someone who can break things down in a way that makes sense to them. That's what I aim to provide. I love finding creative and engaging ways to explain mathematical ideas, making them feel less like a chore and more like an adventure. Beyond the academic side, I also cherish the connections I make with my students. Building a positive and encouraging learning environment where children feel comfortable asking questions and taking risks is so important to me. I genuinely enjoy getting to know each student's unique personality and tailoring my approach to suit their individual learning style. Being a teacher isn't just a job for me – it's a privilege.
