About Lucia
I am a young and passionate primary school teacher. I enjoy teaching across all subjects but particularly love teaching phonics and getting to see students grow and use their phonics skills in reading and writing. I absolutely love nature and animals so I am always interested in all things geography and science.
Most importantly I am passionate about acknowledging student’s individual needs, strengths and goals and utilising them to help children excel in all aspects of learning.

As a qualified teacher I am knowledgeable with content across all key learning areas and understand the kind of work and expectations teachers have on their students. I am happy to create personalised lessons and work for children to learn alongside what outcomes they are exploring in their classroom setting. We can also work together to look at work set by their school teachers and I can assist students in understanding concepts and pushing themselves to their full potential.
Whether you are finding it a little tricky to keep up with the different strategies learnt in maths, just need more practice in reading aloud and sound blending, or want to strive to create the best persuasive writing piece in the class I am here to help!
