About Humera
I have taught children in reception and year one. My recent experience is teaching 5 year old children in reception who had English as an additional language. When the children came to my class they could not read or write English and in the space of 6 months the children are fluent in reading and writing. I ensured through the focus tasks, interventions and homework that any gaps in the children's learning was covered. I have also created a superhero reading corner to encourage the boys in reception to develop a passion for teaching.

I believe that learning should be fun and enjoyable so I ensure that my teaching methods are fun for children. I use practical resources ensuring that children understand the task and can participate in the learning. I believe that when teaching children, you should ensure that everything is simple so that children can understand the learning. I also make sure that children know it is okay to make mistakes and it is all part of learning and to not be reluctant in trying again. I also believe that you should be patient with the children and build a positive relationship with them to ensure that they can communicate with you.

Details
If you choose to cancel the lesson without rearranging there will be a £5 cancellation policy. My experience is with children from 2-7 years old but I have experience with children in ks2 is well and ks3 and will be willing to teach them Phonics for £19 an hour. I can also drive and are willing to drive around Bradford without charging for travel fee but if it is around west Yorkshire, I will be asking for an extra £3.00 on top of the £17 pound an hour.
