I usually begin with a recap starter where I assess how much information has been retained and then proceed to the main task.

Perfect! I asked Nicola to teach my 14 year old daughter about singing. My daughter said that Nicola's lessons were both structured and inspiring and she was sad when they ended. It might be better to pay Nicola directly and not via SuperProf as she did not get payment from SuperProf.
