About Masackia
I am an experienced secondary teacher who believes that learning thrives in classrooms built on kindness, compassion, and trust. I place strong relationships at the heart of my teaching and take time to understand students as individuals, recognising their strengths, needs, and voices. My approach is student-centred, encouraging curiosity, confidence, and critical thinking through discussion, collaboration, and reflection. I aim to guide rather than dictate, creating inclusive spaces where learners feel safe to take risks and express their ideas. I balance high expectations with care, consistency, and encouragement, and I am committed to continuous professional growth in diverse secondary school settings.
