About Shazia
I have a BEng Hons degree from Queen Mary and Westfield College, University of London and a PGCE from the Institute of Education, University of London with subject specialism Physics.
I have taught in mainstream schools in and around Croydon; have tutored since I was 16; and also teach those out of mainstream education.
I have tutored students for grammar school entry, those gifted and talented, those on the SEND register and those needing a boost before final exams.
More than 95% of my students are recommended from previous students!
In the present climate I am available as a virtual tutor and can help provide a structured learning programme for your student.

I use traditional methods to teach core skills and give my students the tools and confidence they need to apply their knowledge to different situations.
As a virtual tutor I tend to use presentations and explanations to enable students to grasp key points and can set work from books they have available, or email this.
Lessons have a clear aim and objective, set tasks and follow a layout within a scheme agreed with yourself.
