About Marie-Paule
I have taught in class and schools for many years and enjoy building up real work ethic in my students while having a good and positive interaction with them. I enjoy using teaching methods that motivate and engage my students. I have taught French in schools and online for many years and after qualifying with an MA in Psychology of Education at the Institute of Education I worked as a SENCO (Head of Learning Support) in many schools. I am currently working as a specialist teacher in a school where I support students from year7 to A’level with revision and exam preparation techniques.

I have an extensive experience teaching the British Curriculum (French and English) using holistic and multi-sensory approaches of teaching and my lessons are tailored for every student’s needs after initial evaluation. After my PGCE in modern Languages, I qualified with an MA in psychology of Education and a level 5 and level 7 for teaching and assessing students with special learning difficulties, I have developed many techniques to address diverse learning styles and abilities.
I have successfully prepared students for their exams in French and English especially for their final GCSE and A Level exams.
My lessons lasts from 40min to one hour depending of students availability and are mainly online or hybrid of face to face and online.
I have more than 20yrs experience working with students from Y7 (12yrs old) to A Level (18years old) and working with diverse exam boards (AQA, EDEXCEL, OCR and IGCSE)
