At Flow in Yoga, I provide Yoga Practice for anyone who wants to set objectives and achieve their personal goals and to develop a better understanding of themselves through Yoga training.
My approach is simple: through a person-centred approach whereby we focus on incorporate your Yoga practice, breathing and meditation techniques into numerous aspects of your daily routine, I will talk with you to understand your goals, develop techniques to coach you through your Yoga practice and provide you with feedback to develop you along the way.
Sessions are 1 hour in duration and can take place either face to face or via Skype.
