I implement creative and holistic approaches that promote learner engagement, academic excellence, and improvements in social behavior and communication. My discipline strategies focus on fostering respect and collaboration, ensuring that every learner feels valued and supported. I possess strong communication skills in both English and Afrikaans, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues, parents, and learners. As a resilient, solutionsoriented individual, I am always open to innovation and improvement. My work ethic reflects punctuality, loyalty, and reliability, and I thrive in both team settings and leadership roles. I am willing to start from the ground up and grow gradually.
