About Thomas
I previously worked at the YMCA swim instructing children aged three to 12, as well as privately tutoring students in math where English is a second language. I feel comfortable being patient and working with students of all ages and abilities to achieve confidence and accomplishment in their academics. I enjoy playing guitar and released a self-titled album on Spotify last September with my band “Gerald”! I play basketball and volleyball, and enjoy skiing in the winter and biking in the summer. I am very excited to begin working with students both in person and online to find satisfaction in their learning journey.

I am available for students of all ages, though I am best suited for Kindergarten to Grade 12 with focuses on branches of Math, Physics, and Chemistry. Each lesson I will share a Google Meet link and connect my iPad with a screen share of a lesson workbook. We will go through example problems and any provided work and I will go through an in-depth explanation of each question. Once the lesson is over, I will share the iPad notes for any additional use and you can then send any clarifying questions to me after the lesson which I will answer as soon as possible.
