I’m a Rashtriya Indian Military College (RIMC) alumnus with 5+ years of fitness experience. From strength training to running marathons and sports, fitness has shaped my life in a very positive direction. I want to share what I’ve learned throughout the process and help others become stronger, fitter, and more confident in their life.

I use simple, progressive training tailored to your fitness level. Each class includes warm-up, technique, strength training, and cooldown. I focus on proper form, consistency, and measurable progress. I will also cover the basics of calisthenics. Classes are suitable for beginners, students, and adults.
